Safeguarding Self-Assessment
Safeguarding Self-Assessment for providers of services to children, young people, and their families.
Each year you must complete the annual: Safeguarding Self-Assessment Form, the form for 2018 can be found on the Suffolk Safeguarding Children Board website  (added 13 April 2018).
The deadline for submission is: Friday 11 May 2018
Information about how to submit the Safeguarding Self-Assessment document and further information can be found in the form itself.
**NOTE: Please ensure you have completed and submitted the safeguarding self assessment form to us by the deadline. The balance of your funding will not be paid until we have received your correctly completed form.

If you are concerned about a child you must follow the process set out by the LSCB http://suffolkscb.org.uk/concerned/
If you are concerned that someone working with children may be putting them at risk then you must follow the Safeguarding referral process for the Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO).
