The “Good to Unstoppable” project has been developed by building on the strength and success of triad working between Headteachers of Lowestoft schools, Local Authority Officers and HMI inspectors.
It also uses the McKinsey international research into how the most improved school systems continue to improve.
As part of the project school leaders have the opportunity to:
- work with colleague Headteachers in a peer to peer review model supported by Local Authority school improvement professionals.
- reflect on and apply the research into how the most improved and successful schools keep improving
- find out more about how other governing bodies work
The first cohort of schools began working together in September 2015. The resources to support this work are included here.
