This page of the site contains useful documents to assist you in managing your premises. They should be used in conjunction with advice from your Property Advisor (if you buy in to Vertas) or relevant other professional.
Relevant personnel within schools should attend Premises Management training by Vertas. If you are a Headteacher or a Bursar / Business Manager this is ideal training to allow you to understand what you are expected to do in terms of your building safety. Caretakers and maintenance personnel will also find this extremely useful, especially if they are expected to carry out checks on areas such as fire precautions, water temperatures and so forth. See Vertas' website
for further information including dates. Booking is directly with Vertas via: email@example.com
, or call 01473 264298.
You may or may not be able to access their pre-course eLearning - if you do not have a log-in for this, please just let them know.
